Reig vuelve a reincidir en sus errores sobre el SIDA.
No hablemos del IPF y la violencia doméstica, hablemos que Reig ha vuelto otra vez a defender lo que es insostenible. Si en una pareja un miembro es portador del VIH, Reig vuelve otra vez a afirmar que si se mantienen relaciones sexuales sea sin preservativo:
Ahora bien, aunque el cónyuge enfermo de SIDA no pueda exigir al sano la relación sexual, éste sí puede lícitamente concederla, aceptando por amor el riesgo para su propia vida, a fin de salvar el resto de los bienes del matrimonio: la fidelidad conyugal, la expresión del mutuo amor y la estabilidad matrimonial.Semejante disparate del obispo de Alcalá revela hasta que punto su antropología, su conciencia y su escala de valores se encuentra totalmente pervertida. Algo huele a podrido en ese obispo. Vaya hijo de perra dando consejos que sin duda ponen en peligro la salud de las personas. No puedo evitar llamarle hijo de perra, pues quien va recomendando a ciertas personas poner en peligro sus vidas antes que usar el condón no puede merecerse mi respeto.
¿Y este es el que tanto proclama que la familia está en peligro? Con sus consejos pone en peligro a cualquier familia con un cónyuge infectado o con los dos infectados, pues se corre el riesgo de reinfección.

My opinion on the condom debate is that the condom usage is a public health matter. It has been recommended by public health authorities as a means aimed at preventing the contamination by HIV and other sexually-related diseases and also birth control. If public health authorities conclude that it is effective for both scopes and that the AIDS epidemics can only be stopped by the promotion of its usage I can not understand why the Catholic Church should interfere in an issue that is the competence of the civil powers and that regarding Moral Theology can be considered as "innocuous". Why "innocuous"? Because the "evilness" is not in the condom usage itself but rather in the underlying behaviour. Therefore it is not up to the Catholic Church to condemn or criticise an "inocuous" device aimed at stopping an epidemics but concentrate itself in the promotion of orthodox moral behaviours. If non believers refuse to adhere to the moral principles taught by the Catholic Church and thus opt for plunging into sin and depravity it will be their problem. In that particualr case if they choose to use the condom... yes it is a rather less evil because despite the sinfulness of their acts they avoid a greater evil - the contamination of their sexual partners. Concluding: Condom usage has not to do with the Catholic moral principles in itself; it is the underlying behaviour that has. Regarding this latter aspect... yes it is up to the Catholic Church (and other churches) to make a point.
